Chicago Tribune: Prosecutors say three detained NATO protesters considered hitting Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s house, police stations and President Obama’s campaign headquarters with “incendiary devices.”
A lawyer for the defendants, called his clients’ arrests “entrapment to the highest degree.”
